At Cycle Vita, we know how important it is for your health and peace of mind that we work quickly on your behalf. That’s why, within just 24 hours of receiving your enrollment form, we aim to complete all your initial documentation to assist with your prescription.

1. Complete your paperwork

Your Cycle Vita team will work with your doctor to collect your insurance information and fill in the relevant documentation.

2. Investigate all benefits

Next, your team will work with your insurance provider to help you understand your coverage.

3. Set up pharmacy routing

Finally, the team will route your therapy to the appropriate specialty pharmacy and follow-up to ensure swift shipment of your medication.

Prior authorization Icon

We are experts in coordinating between your insurance, doctor, and pharmacy to meet prior authorization and documentation requirements.

Appeals Icon

In some cases, an appeal may be needed. Where this is the case, our experienced team will work with your insurer and doctor to understand and overcome any reimbursement gaps.

Financial assistance Icon

Our experienced team will identify any potential financial assistance options available to you, such as: Co-pay Assistance provided by Cycle or patient advocacy organizations.

Prescription renewal Icon

Our proactive team will remind your doctor when your prescription needs to be renewed, in a timely manner, to ensure an uninterrupted supply of your therapy.

Bridge Program Icon

You may be eligible* for a free supply of your prescription to allow you to begin therapy immediately while Cycle Vita secures appropriate benefit verification and authorization. The Bridge Program may also be requested if you are an existing patient who is temporarily experiencing disruption in therapy due to insurance coverage.

Continuous Support Icon

You can contact us and talk to our Clinical Education team as required. We provide product support to assist you with managing every aspect of your therapeutic routine, such as: clinical education and one-to-one treatment training either at home or in-clinic.
